Once you have become pain free, and strengthened
for a few months, there is more to be mastered. There is optional
equipment available that will take you to the next level. You will
want a wobble board to increase the efficacy of your training! Go

Wobble Board:
The adjustable wobble board I recommend (as
pictured on the video and on the site) is available in intermediate

Choose the one you would like. Keep in mind
that the difference may be considerable in terms of difficulty of
use. Most people should start with the intermediate. Only people
with extremely good balance should start with the advanced board!
